i think i have identified a possible error today. We used openai calls without langfuse tracking. It sets some env vars probably. Then we rerun with langfuse monitoring, and it fails. If we restart computer, langfuse monitoring works fine. So i guess it has something to do with environment vars not being reset or something. I will try to look deeper

I see! Well, I actually use OpenAI Integreation with python with drop-in replacement of openai. We stream openai calls, so i guess using generation without some manual storing of intermediary results would be hard. Now, I actually would like to keep using the integration with OpenAI and post-process some of the generations. That looks like the least intrusive and easiest option

what do you mean by the "access to the usage unit"? If I would self-host Langfuse, then we could probably manually edit entries in the db? Is this what you mean?

how did you add the names to spans? I am using LangChain Expression Language and I am only seeing gabberish like RunnableLambda, RunnablePassthrough, etc...
