Prompt feature: I have translated my prompts in +100 languages. The best way is to create a new prompt for each language, right? Like "my-prompt-name-de", "my-prompt-name-en"

We are doing the same (for now). Though in a DB with foreign keys.
So have some kind of versioning built-in.
Hi Nils, yes - we would suggest this for the moment. As languages have come up a bit already we will discuss internally if we can add a more native form of support for it.
